This video focuses on Meditation, Relaxation & Breathing. I recommend that you practice with this video first so that you can incorporate these tools into all of your Chair Yoga sessions.
This video includes Yoga postures that you can do while seated in a chair/wheelchair. Remember to begin with the Meditation/Breathing practice that was explained in the first video.
This session includes seated poses and also simple standing poses that can be done while using the chair for support.
